nspections could take eight days, and all flights have been halted until repairs are made. Boeing has sourced parts from all over the world for the project. The first 787 is expected to go into service with Japan's All Nippon Airways by the end of 2010. Continental, Delta and United are among the American carriers that have already placed orders for the new jet.
